New Feature: Import previous PayPal transactions Posted on September 15th
We’ve added a brand new feature to the site – now you can import previous transactions from PayPal into your Scrobbld account.
Earlier, a short wait before you could start playing
Earlier Scrobbld only accepted transactions that were sent to it from PayPal after you had set up your Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). This had the limitation that you only got the transactions and their information from then onwards.
Now, lots to play with instantly
The new feature allows you to import old transactions from PayPal via a CSV (comma separated values) file straight away. Once your transactions are in Scrobbld, it enables you to export them for printing labels for any unsent items, gets all your customers into Scrobbld and gets items that you are selling for you to create stock keeping units and manage stock levels.
Instructions to export the transactions from PayPal and import them in Scrobbld:
- Log into your PayPal account and go to the ‘Download History’ section as shown below:
- Check the fields that you are going to download, by clicking on the Customise Download Fields as shown

- Specify the transactions you would like to download between particular dates, and select ‘Comma Delimited – All activity’ from the ‘File Types for Download’ box.
- Click on ‘Download History’.
- In Scrobbld, go to Account > Settings > Click on ‘Import transactions’ button.
- Select the file downloaded from PayPal called ‘Download.csv’ and select. Done!

Note: PayPal doesn’t export all order info and there might be missing info in some orders. We will point this out when it is the case.
Go ahead and import your PayPal transactions now!
